The robot uptime layer

Every machine will have a record.

Mithralon is a cross-brand copilot for robot technicians. A fault code goes in, a guided fix comes out. No integration, useful from the first outage. And every resolved fault becomes one more entry in the reliability record this industry has never had.

01The problem

Fleets are mixed. Knowledge is locked inside each brand.

A modern site runs transport robots from one manufacturer, arms from a second, cleaning robots from a third. Humanoids from a fourth are next. Each brand ships its own portal, its own error language, its own hotline, its own parts logistics. The knowledge is organized vertically, brand by brand. The reality on the floor is horizontal, site by site.

When a robot stops with a fault code, a clock starts. The technician digs through PDFs, waits on hotlines, calls the colleague who saw this code once before. The machine stands still the whole time. The core problem is not that robots fail. Failure is physics. The problem is the time lost between fault and fix, and that time is a knowledge problem.

02The copilot

Fault code in. Guided fix out. Across brands.

Mithralon is built for the technician first. No telemetry, no IT project, no system change. Open it, enter the code, get to work. It meets your fleet where it is and earns its place in the first thirty minutes of the first outage.

03The record

Every confirmed fix builds the record no one has.

No manufacturer knows how the machines of its competitors fail. No insurer can price a mixed fleet, because the loss history is close to blank. No lessor can state what a three-year-old robot is still worth. There is a systemic information vacuum exactly where capital wants to flow.

Mithralon closes it from the ground up. Brand, fault, cause, fix, part, downtime. One entry per resolved incident, across manufacturers, growing with every fleet on the platform.

P·01Your data stays yours. Operators own their records, anchored in the EU Data Act and written into the contract from the first pilot.
P·02Give to get. Contribute anonymized events and receive cross-fleet benchmarks no single operator could build alone.
P·03Neutral by charter. No manufacturer capital and no exclusive deals. The layer works because it belongs to no one.

04Where this goes

Machine labor, priced against its record.

Cars became financeable, insurable and resellable once their histories became knowable. Our thesis is that the robot economy follows the same law, only decades faster. Robots as a service, high unit costs and early insurance demand pull the financial layer to the front of the curve.

The reliability record we build with technicians today becomes the standard that maintenance, parts, insurance, leasing and resale will price against tomorrow.

The operating record of the physical AI workforce. Neutral, cross-brand, owned by no manufacturer.
05Founder

Personally built. Personally answered for.

Mithralon is a pre-product venture from Saxony. It is being built in Europe's largest robot market, in the one jurisdiction whose data law puts fleet operators in control of their machines' data. The founder writes the code himself and takes every early conversation personally.

06Early access

Running a mixed fleet? Twenty minutes.

We are starting with a small group of operators and independent robot service teams in DACH and the EU. Fleets of roughly twenty to two hundred robots across two or more brands, and the workshops that keep them running. The format is a twenty-minute conversation about how you handle downtime today. In return you see the copilot first and shape what it covers.
